The following current principles have been adopted regarding the memberships of our members/customers on our website catchpad.com ("Our Site"), the privacy and protection of the information they provide, related procedures, and matters related to purchases made from Our Site.

All credit card transactions and approvals are carried out online directly between you and the relevant Bank or similar Card Institutions, independently of us (information such as credit card passwords are not seen or recorded by Catchpad).

The information our customers provide on our site for membership, purchasing products/services, and updating information — especially confidential information related to credit and debit cards — cannot be viewed by other internet users.

Information belonging to our Members/Customers may be disclosed to the relevant authorities within the framework of our responsibilities as stipulated by legal regulations. Additionally, the contact details and other information provided during membership and/or shopping may be recorded indefinitely for purposes such as processing and updating your membership on our Site, providing/selling various products/services by Catchpad and its business partners and suppliers, collecting product/service payments or charges, and for promotional, advertising, marketing, communication, sales, and card-related activities. This information may be stored, processed, shared when necessary, and used by Catchpad and the aforementioned organizations.

Products purchased from our Site can only be returned to our Site.

Used products cannot be returned.

If a product has been custom-made at the special request and demand of the customer, or personalized by modifications or additions, or if it is by nature non-returnable, perishable, or likely to expire quickly, or generally if the product has been used or even if unused but the packaging has been opened, the customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

An invoice must be presented for returned products.

Payments for products purchased from our Site can only be made by credit card or other methods specified on our Site.

Shipments from our Site are only made within the borders of the Republic of Turkey.

To unsubscribe from membership on our Site, you can use the "unsubscribe" link included in all emails sent by catchpad.com.

The relevant pre-order information form and sales contract you will see during each transaction on our Site will also apply.

As a Member-Customer, I accept the above principles and give consent for the personal and other information I provided through your website’s form to be recorded, archived (in written/magnetic form), stored, processed, updated, shared, transferred, and used indefinitely or for a period deemed appropriate, for all kinds of promotional, advertising, marketing, communication, sales, store card, credit card, and membership practices by your company, Catchpad Sports Education and Entertainment Technologies Joint Stock Company, its existing and future affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, successors, and/or any third parties/organizations it may designate.
