INFORMATION TEXT REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Data Controller and Representative:

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, your personal data will be processed by Catchpad Sports Education and Entertainment Technologies Inc. ("Our Company") as the data controller within the scope described below.

To process personal data in accordance with the law and the principles of integrity,
To ensure personal data is accurate and, when necessary, up-to-date,
To process personal data for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes,
To process personal data in a way that is relevant, limited, and proportional to the purpose for which they were collected,
To retain personal data for the period specified by relevant legislation or as necessary for the purpose for which it was processed,
To inform and enlighten data subjects,
To establish systems for data subjects to exercise their rights,
To take necessary measures for the protection of personal data,
To transfer personal data to third parties in line with the requirements of the relevant legislation and the regulations of the Personal Data Protection Board (KVK Board),
To delete or destroy personal data in the defined manner and within the time frame required by law.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data:

The collected personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

To customize and recommend the products and services offered by our company according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs;
To perform necessary work by business units to benefit you from the products and services offered by our company;
To ensure the legal and commercial security of individuals with whom our company has a business relationship;
To determine, set, and implement our company's commercial and business strategies;
To protect the commercial reputation and trust our company has built;
To carry out the commercial activities of our company;
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

Who the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred To and For What Purpose:

Your personal data, for the purposes stated above, may be transferred to regulatory and supervisory authorities, relevant public institutions, professional organizations, and similar entities, persons or institutions authorized by the Turkish Commercial Code and other relevant laws, within the limits set by the legal authority, and to consultants, auditors, and/or service providers in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

Appropriate security measures are taken when personal data is shared with third parties.

Method and Legal Basis for Personal Data Collection:

Your personal data is collected by our company through any verbal, written, or electronic means in line with the purposes outlined above, in order to provide and improve the products and services, conduct commercial activities, and fulfill our company's contractual and legal obligations accurately. Various methods, such as surveys, websites, employees and representatives, mobile applications, and similar channels, are used to collect your data based on different legal reasons, and your data can be processed and transferred within the framework of the conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

Rights of the Data Subject According to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law:

Under the scope of the law, data subjects have the following rights:

To learn whether their personal data is being processed,
To request information if their personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, both domestically and abroad,
To request correction if personal data is incomplete or inaccurate,
To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the Law,
To request that the correction of personal data be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
To object to a result that is analyzed exclusively through automated systems and produces a negative consequence for the data subject,
To request compensation for any damage caused by the unlawful processing of personal data.

Catchpad Sports Education and Entertainment Technologies Inc. protects your personal data with full compliance to the required technical and administrative security measures in line with information security standards and procedures. These security measures are provided at an appropriate level, considering technological possibilities and potential risks.

Complaints and Communication:

Your personal data is meticulously protected within the technical and administrative capabilities, and necessary security measures are taken considering possible risks. In accordance with Article 13(1) of the Personal Data Protection Law, you may submit your requests regarding the exercise of your rights in writing or through other methods determined by the Board. If new methods for application are set by the Personal Data Protection Board, they will be announced by our company.

By sending it through a notary or via secure electronic signature or mobile signature to catchpadspor@hs01.kep.tr or via the registered electronic mail address, or by sending a signed document (in Word or PDF format) with a secure e-signature to info@catchpad.com with the subject "Personal Data Protection Law Information Request."
