PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

How can I return a product?

Catchpad products are carefully packaged with attention to quality. However, to prevent any issues that may arise during shipping, we kindly request that you inspect the products before accepting the delivery from the courier. The right to return a product is conditional upon the product being in its original, unopened, undamaged packaging, and unused.

If you notice that the product is damaged, the packaging is opened, torn, or if the product is broken or defective, you must return it to the courier before accepting delivery. The courier will pick up the items from your address free of charge and return them to us, with no additional cost to you.

Can I return every product?

In accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code (TTK), all products that have not been damaged, are unused, and have not been damaged due to user error can be returned.

Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, or damaged.

For returns made without any reason, the product must be returned in the condition it was delivered to you. If there is any damage, breakage, tear, or missing accessories in the product or its packaging, the return will not be accepted under any circumstances.

If the invoice for the product has not been sent or is missing, the return will not be accepted. Products must be returned with the original product invoice.

Returns without reason must be made within 14 days following the delivery of the product and must be done in writing.

Returned products must be sent to us through the courier companies that Catchpad works with.

The product should be placed in protective packaging, and the courier's label should not be on the product packaging. Any deformation in the product's packaging that prevents the product from being resold will be considered a non-returnable condition.

Returns not meeting the above conditions will not be accepted.

What is the return period?
