CatchPad is an advanced performance measurement system that combines all the capabilities of traditional reaction light systems into a smarter and more versatile solution. Powered by multiple sensors and an AI-driven mobile app, it delivers in-depth analysis for athletic performance, performance training, and reaction training, helping athletes improve both physical and cognitive performance.

CatchPad is available in three different models, designed to meet different training needs:

Pro Model – Full Kit: The most comprehensive package, including all accessories needed to maximize your training experience.

Pro Model – Standard Kit: The standard version of the Pro model. It includes Velcro straps as the only accessory and is ideal for essential setup and everyday training.

Go Model: Designed for basic reaction training. This model does not include motion detection, distance sensing, or vibration feedback features.

Tap Sensor: With 10 adjustable sensitivity levels, you decide whether a gentle touch or a powerful punch is required. Ideal for reaction training, boxing training, and various performance training scenarios.

Vibration Detection: There's no need to touch the pad directly—simply strike the surface where it's placed. Set the sensitivity to the highest level to activate this feature. Ideal for rebounders and passing boards, making reaction drills and hand-eye coordination exercises more effective.

Proximity (Distance) Sensor: No physical contact is required to deactivate the light. The sensor detects movement from 5 cm to 150 cm, making it ideal for speed training, quickness training, agility training, sprinting, acceleration, and change-of-direction drills while providing precise data through an advanced performance measurement system.

Balance Sensor: Measures the pad's angle relative to the ground with 1–10° sensitivity. It can be used on balance boards, balance balls, or while standing on one leg, helping improve balance, coordination, and overall athletic performance.

Vibration Feedback: When Balance Mode is active, the device instantly alerts users to any loss of balance through vibration, sound, and light. A green light indicates proper balance, while a red light, vibration, and sound signal when the pad tilts, helping users regain stability. Ideal for reaction testing, balance, and cognitive training.

Range of Motion (ROM): Measures how far a joint or muscle can move in different directions. It is especially useful for evaluating active range of motion and conducting performance assessment tests.

Pressure Force*: Measures lower-body pushing force, making it suitable for athletic performance testing and strength analysis.

Punch Force*: Measures punch and kick force using the Franklin unit, providing valuable performance data for boxing training and combat sports.

Relative Force: Measures punch and kick force relative to the user's body weight, delivering more accurate and personalized insights through the performance measurement system.

Yes. The system is expandable up to 20 CatchPads®. And we're working on expanding 36 CatchPads in the near future. However, the number also depends on your mobile devices With less CPU (memory power), and lower Bluetooth technology it may happen that not as many Pads as above mentioned can be connected.

The pads are connected to a mobile device. You can connect it with your Android or Ios devices, whether it's a tablet or a phone. We use bluetooth technology to connect to pads and when you touch the connection screen you can see all the pads that can be connected. You can connect one by one pressing the bluetooth icon next to each pad or you can connect to all pads by pressing the bluetooth icon at the top with just one button. The maximum number of pads that can be connected varies according to the device you use.

Each CatchPad set includes a charging adapter and a carrying case. The adapter allows you to stack and charge multiple pads simultaneously, providing a practical solution for your training equipment.

The set also includes Velcro straps, making it easy to attach the reaction light pads to different surfaces. If you already have a tripod, you can quickly mount the pads to create more versatile reaction training, agility training, speed training, and athletic performance training setups.

Charging your CatchPad is quick and easy. Connect the charging adapter to the jack port on the left side of any pad, then stack the remaining pads on top to begin charging. During charging, the pads light up orange. Once fully charged, the indicator turns green. You can charge up to 6 pads simultaneously.

Battery Life: 8–12 hours, depending on usage (activity type, sensor settings, light color, and other features).

Charging Time: Approximately 1.5 hours.

The CatchPad can be operated with up to10 groups simultaneously, using the same activity. The data from each group in formation is also recorded independently. And we're working on operating with different activities for each group at the same time.

The Catchpad is produced with an ergonomic design in the shape of a circle. Diameter is 14 centimeters and it's height is 2.8 centimeters. The average weight of the pads is 240 grams.

The Pad are made of custom PC-ABS material meaning it’s ball, punch, and kick-proof. We know that athletes will be rough with them, so we made them extra strong. When constructing the shape, stability considerations were key. Athletes can step on the Pad and hit it with different projectiles. The material selection supports our stability and quality focus. We used super reliable (and safe) materials. It is impact resistant except for sharp objects.

Pads are produced to be resistant to liquids, but contact with intense water should be avoided.

Our product has passed EN55032 and EN55035 tests and has successfully passed electromagnetic radiation and transmission tests.

CatchPad has CE certification and meets all CE certification standards.

The included power supply unit is compatible with 100 - 240 VAC / 50-60Hz making it usable worldwide. It can adapt to various AC mains voltages with interchangeable connectors. Additionally, you may need to obtain a suitable power plug based on your countries.

The regular retail warranty is one year. As a token of our appreciation to our Kickstarter backers, we're extending the warranty to a full 2 years, so you can back our project with extra peace of mind.

Covers all hardware errors that occur through proper use. CatchPad will, at no cost, repair any defective product still under warranty if the defect arises from normal use. In cases where a repair is not feasible, CatchPad will provide a replacement for the product.

Damage caused by negligence and damage resulting from improper use or unauthorized modification of the product are not covered under warranty.

All shipments may be subject to import charges, including duties, customs tariffs, and VAT, as determined by the destination country or location. These charges are based on the country of origin/manufacturing of the purchased merchandise and its classification. They are imposed once your package arrives at your destination.

CatchPad company does not collect duties and taxes during the checkout process, and it cannot anticipate the specific charges you may incur. If additional charges arise, you are responsible for settling them to facilitate the customs clearance of your package.

They must be in their original condition.
The items must be returned with the original packaging.
Are there any fees for returns?

- Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
- You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to CatchPad LLC.
- If you return Product to CatchPad LLC without all parts included in the original package, CatchPad LLC retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 5% of the original price of the Product or the retail value of the missing accessories, whichever is higher.

How soon will I receive my refund?
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.

CatchPad supports a wide range of internationally recognized athletic performance tests, including the 10-20-30-40 Yard Sprint Test, Y Agility Test, T-Test, M-Test, Illinois Agility Test, L-Pro Agility Test, 5-10-5 Test, Stop'n'Go Reactive Agility Test, 30-15 IFT, and the 505 Agility Test.

Acting as a comprehensive performance measurement system, CatchPad accurately measures and analyzes results for athletic performance, agility training, speed training, quickness training, and reaction tests, providing reliable data to track and improve performance.

Explore the CatchPad App to select from a variety of pre-made activities or create, save, and share your own. Explore various training options, track performance to the next millisecond, evaluate outcomes using real-time data to identify areas in need of improvement, and take appropriate action! There are settings you can customize before each workout. Such as training time, delay, time-out, touch, proximity sensor, vibration, sensitivity, specific sequence status, effect on/off, target color. You can save your customized training to your profile. Additionally, you'll be able to do it your own trainings.

To assign movements to colors in CatchPad exercises, go to the “Exercises” section in your profile and create the movements you want. Then, enter the exercises section again to assign these movements to the colors of your choice.

With the CatchPad you can take place in the ranking table with the scores you have obtained from the exercises. You can compare yourself with other users in your own account or with all CatchPad users.

You can create and group users in Catchpad. You can access information such as group-based comparison and ranking.

You can create sub-users in CatchPad. You can even group users and keep them in different groups in your profile. You can then access analyzes such as scores and comparison charts within the group.

You can access your past exercises your periodic progress and comparative of your scores from the "performance analysis" tab in the profile within the application.

The Pad's battery may be low. Make sure the Pads are fully charged.

In the CatchPad mobile application, you can see your instant statistics and performance analysis during and after each training session. You can access statistics such as the reaction time you gave to each pad, average reaction time, how many targets you caught, the number of correct and incorrect targets, and the percentage of staying in balance.

Your phone may be constantly connected to the Pads. Please turn off your mobile device's Bluetooth when not in use. This allows the Pads to enter power-saving mode when not connected.

Make sure the magnetic connectors are aligned correctly. If the issue persists, check if the connectors are damaged. If needed, please contact us.

This indicates a firmware update is in progress. Do not disconnect and wait until the process is complete. For other Pad color indicators, please refer to our user manual.

This means the battery is critically low. Please charge it for at least 1.5 hours. For more Pad color indicators, refer to our user manual.

Ensure the Pads are charged and double tap firmly to activate them. If they still don’t appear, close and reopen the app.

BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) capabilities vary between devices and can affect connection speed, quality, and the maximum number of Pads that can be connected at once.

BLE performance may differ across mobile devices. Try restarting your phone and connecting again.
